Divisions/Colleges/Departments will be migrated one at a time, based approval from VP/Deans/Chairs and on mutual agreement with technical staff. You will be notified by your technical support staff prior to your department’s migration and IT Services will be coordinating support during your migration window.
How will it affect you?
You will continue to use your MyCoyoteID and password to access your emails. Prior to your migration to Office 365, your e-mail on the CSUSB Exchange server will be copied to the new platform. Your technical staff will work with the ITS team on gathering key information such as e-mail client, calendar, and e-mail filter usage. You will be provided instructions and assistance on reconfiguring your mobile devices and e-mail clients, if necessary. (Microsoft Outlook users will only need to close and restart Outlook.)
